What is trolling?
Trolling is deliberately and disingenuously posting information to entice genuinely helpful people to respond (often emotionally). Often done to inflame or provoke others.
A troll anonymously leaves crude, derisive or sarcastic commentary within an online public forum. ‘Trolling’ is universally frowned upon, but for the most part, the practice is legally protected under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
